    For sensitive “paper” letters or management mail, the TrustLetter platform allows pooling and outsourcing of:

    * the production of the letters (printing, enveloping and franking),

    * the dispatching of the letters (handover to the carrier),

    * return management (acknowledgements of receipt, “not at this address” mail returns, etc.),

    * online monitoring of the whole process (hybrid mail),

    * probative value archiving and the legally binding nature of letters, meanwhile, are ensured by the TrustSecure platform.

    In the context of dematerialised exchanges with probative value, TrustMission’s solutions also free companies from the constraints of paper correspondence by automating the composition, validation, probative value archiving and transmission steps with an electronic signed acknowledgement of receipt (fully digital registered letter).

    TrustMission’s innovative approach thus makes it possible to switch progressively from paper invoicing to electronic invoicing while complying with the requirements of articles 289a or 289 V of the French General Tax Code.
