March 2009 — Present (10 months)
If the world is now “flat” it is also more complex. To better understand it, we need new thinking, new writing and new arguments.
The ParisTech Review (PTR) will meet this need. PTR papers will offer fresh and critical approaches to issues of global concern through analyses which integrate economy, technology, business and society. The ParisTech Review will serve, therefore, as the leading forum for free, objective, and rigorous debate on issues central to the business leaders, politicians and public intellectuals of our day.
PTR papers are written by experts, including managers and consultants, with direct professional experience with their subjects. The papers will serve the business community and beyond by evaluating the consequences of decisions made by managers and politicians on the local, national, and world stage. As a rule, they will take into consideration the impact of these decisions on the global public interest, as well as public reaction to these decisions.
The ParisTech Review will be published online in 2010. The journal is primarily in English, but PTR papers will be available in French as well. With the support of two partners, The Harvard Business Review and Knowledge@Wharton, the PTR will thus reach a broad and diverse audience of Anglophone and Francophone leaders in business and technology around the globe.
