I am the founder and CEO of the Next Generation Internet Foundation (FING - www.fing.org), a collective and open Research and Development project which focuses on tomorrow's Internet's uses, applications and services. I am also chairman of the European Institute for e-Learning (EifEL).
As a member of the European Commission's e-Europe's Experts Chamber, of the French Prime Ministers Strategic Advisory Board on Information Technologies (CSTI), as well as the board of the French Chapter of the Internet Society, I am and have been deeply involved in the Internets development and evolution.

In 2002, the French magazine Newbiz included my name in its list of "100 individuals who are really transforming France". Maybe they shouldn't have: The magazine was discontinued a few months later...
