I am the co-founder of the jobboard CarriereOnline.com launched in 2003 on the e-recruitment french market. CarriereOnline has improved the way people manage their careers and the way companies hire talent. CarriereOnline's solutions, put job seekers in control of their careers and make it easier and more cost-effective for employers and agencies to find their talents. CarriereOnline was sold to Comareg (Groupe Hersant Media) in september 05.
I'm today in charge of developping CarriereOnline on the french market and integrating it in a major press group of 6000 employees, leading the daily operations and growth of the website, overseeing sales, marketing, information technology, product development, partnerships and business development.

I was also the co-founder of JobQos.com the first vertical job blogs network in the USA, that enable recruiters to simplify the hard process of hiring the right people, through innovative solutions.
Prior to developing these activities I founded Educangels in 2001, a new concept that enabled students to get its higher studies financed by companies (Ethical Investment in Education).
Through my companies i want to make extensive use of Web 2.0 technologies to help talents connect with recruiters to help them further their careers.
