    Bouygues Telecom : designed the strategy for shifting accounting and sales systems of Bouygues Telecom stores from French Franc to Euro. Designed training plan for employees.

    Hewlett Packard: Opportunity assessment for implementing Siebel’s e-marketing module at HP direct sales department.

    Ricoh: Design and implementation of online sales and maintenance systems for copiers at Ricoh’s major accounts clients. Wrote functional specifications for Siebel’s e-sales modules.
