I help companies use Adobe Flex and Adobe AIR to create powerful and engaging applications for the enterprise. I usually do so by working with their existing team - or helping build one - and assist project management using agile methodologies.
An important part of this job consists of sharing best practices regarding OOP in general, and Flex applications architecture in particular. As a certified instructor, I can also teach those techniques to junior, or even more experienced, developers.
I live in Northern France but I can work remotely, or on site if needed, in any english speaking country.
