CustomerCentric is a companion resource to the book “So You Want to Be Customer-Centric” by Alain Thys.

It aims to unite all those which want to make the world a more customer-centric place and provide a continuous stream of inspiring ideas, tools and content to make this happen.

If you have read the book in full, you will know that this group was originally planned to work on a password protected basis, but practice proved this process to be too "customer-unfriendly".

Even though the book says you need a password to join the group, we have abolished this process, as practice proved this approach to be too "customer hostile".

So we decided to abolished the password approach and welcome everyone who is interested in growing their business by making the world a more customer-centric place.

Obviously, going to Amazon and buying a copy is still appreciated :-) « less
